The lifestyle program is much more than planning events; it fosters a unique community experience designed around genuine connections between our homeowners. Lifestyle programs help to create a tangible sense of belonging that is missing in many neighborhoods today.

The Barney Farms HOA encourages neighbor-to-neighbor connections at special events, through organized clubs and groups and meet-ups at the Association amenities. By listening to feedback and becoming familiar with the interests of the residents, we can work together to create a meaningful and dynamic program.

Events

The Lifestyle Program offers a variety of events throughout the year for our residents. In the past, these have included Movies at the Park, Dive-In Movies, Music on the Patio, Fall Festivals, and Winter Events. We also provide activities such as Bingo, Karaoke, and Game Nights, among others. Our goal is to accommodate the diverse demographics of our community by offering a wide range of options that bring our residents together in unique and fun ways!

Classes
Our objective is to offer residents with accessible and affordable options that can enrich their overall lifestyle experience within the community. These options encompass fitness, education, arts, and social activities.

Throughout the year, we look forward to providing a diverse range of classes. Some classes are complimentary, while others require a fee. Examples of classes that may be available include fitness, craft, educational, instructional, and more! We recommend checking the weekly email blast and event calendar on our website to stay informed about the current and upcoming classes.

Clubs

Barney Farms is interested in offering a range of resident-led clubs. These clubs can be hosted either through the Association amenities or at residents' private homes. To stay updated on future club activities, please refer to the weekly email blasts and event calendar available on the community website.

Sponsorship
Barney Farms will be offering event sponsorship opportunities for a variety of lifestyle events and programs. These opportunities will be made available to the community in 2024.
