HOW DO I?

Here at the Association, there are no "silly" questions. The following captures frequently asked questions, however, if you should have something else on your mind, do not hesitate to contact us or submit an online inquiry.

Amenities

The Association issues all amenity access key fobs.  New homeowners can obtain their key fobs by visiting the Association Office in The Barn, second floor.  After completing the "Key Fob Policy Acknowledgment Form," two key fobs will be provided.  Lost or stolen key fobs must be reported to management immediately by contacting BarneyFarms@ccmcnet.com, and replacements may be purchased at a cost of $50/each.

Assessments

Each year, an annual budget is prepared and approved by the Association Board of Directors. As a non-profit entity, the obligations of the Association are funded by regular assessments paid by the Association members. The obligations of the Association are the expenses associated with maintaining the common area, such as contract services, repair services, administrative fees, and insurance policies as defined by the Association governing documents.

Review the CC&Rs for an understanding of the responsibility and obligations of the Association.
