Welcome to Barney Farms, located in the stunning Sonoran Desert. Our community is situated in the vibrant Queen Creek, which is one of the most rapidly growing and highly sought-after towns in Arizona. Here, residents of all ages can enjoy an active lifestyle in the beautiful oasis of Barney Farms. Our 22-acre, deep-water lake lies at the heart of the community, providing unmatched kayaking and canoeing opportunities for activities, as well as volleyball, pickleball, zip lining, and extensive walking trails. Additionally, you'll find various neighborhood parks, 17 ramadas for everyone to enjoy. Beyond our exceptional amenities, we provide an array of events and activities to keep our residents engaged and entertained.

A heartfelt congratulations on the successful closing of your new home! On behalf of the Barney Farms Homeowners Association, we warmly welcome you to our community.
 
As a new member of our Association, we understand that you may have many questions and concerns, especially if this is your first experience living in a Community Association. Therefore, we highly recommend you kickstart your journey by going through the New Owner Welcome information.
 
In case you find yourself having any lingering concerns or questions while acclimating to our community, we encourage you to reach out to our dedicated Community Association staff, Community Manager, David Short or Lifestyle Director, Luke Nelson.

HOME MODIFICATION REQUESTS
Before beginning any outdoor projects or exterior modifications to the home, or lot, remember to complete and submit an Architectural Plan Submittal form to the Design Review Committee.  Homeowners who do not receive approval before the work begins could be asked to remove or alter the project at their own expense.

In accordance with the governing documents, landscape installations are to be completed no more than 120 days from the close of escrow. Upon completion of the landscape installation, please complete and return the Request for Final Inspection and Payment of Deposit form to dshort@ccmcnet.com
