Barney Farms HOA

DESIGN REVIEW / ALTERATIONS

Minor modifications help transform your new house into a home. All exterior modifications are governed by the Association's governing documents and design guidelines. The modification guidelines protect your property values and preserve the character of the community. Before beginning any work, approval is required for all landscaping and exterior changes, including painting, new plants, or permanent structures (i.e., ramada, playgrounds).

Please review the Design Review Process and Design Guidelines in preparation for submitting an Architectural Request Form for each desired modification. All requests are to include a current color photo of the area to be modified and any additional applicable information (i.e., sketch, photograph, sales brochure, manufacturer warranty, etc.).

All work must be completed within 90 days of approval unless an extension is requested in writing and approved by the Design Review Committee.

If your project requires the Town of Queen Creek or Pinal County permits/approvals, you must obtain them before you start the project.

By Submitting an architectural request form, you certify the following:
I/We are the owner(s) of the lot noted on the submission form;
I/We have a copy of the current Design Review Guidelines, Landscape Guidelines and CC&Rs;
The enclosed submission is in compliance with said guidelines;
The enclosed submission has an accurate readable drawing showing the exact location plan of the proposed improvement(s) in the form of an attachment;
The attached plan is being submitted for approval of the Fulton Homes Barney Farms Design Review Committee prior to the commencement of any changes to the property;
Any future additional or modification to this plan, or any future plans will be submitted for approval of the Fulton Homes Barney Farms Design Review Committee prior to commencement of any changes to the property.
I/We understand the Design Review Committee has 45 days to review and that no verbal approvals and/or disapproval will be given by the management company and that the Committee's decision will be email or mailed to me.
