ASSESSMENT INFORMATION

By purchasing a home in Barney Farms, residents become members of the Barney Farms Community Association and are responsible for paying quarterly dues to support community operations and reserve funds.  Assessments are due January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each calendar year.  Assessment payments received after the 15th of the month are subject to penalties in accordance with the Association Collection policy.
 
The current annual assessment of $1,980 is collected quarterly in the amount of $495. Assessment rates are subject to change.

For your convenience, several options are available to pay your quarterly assessments as listed below.

New Resident Portal (Single Sign-On for Electronic Payments) - Recommended

While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's brand new resident portal, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank (also known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB) to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place! 

After activating SSO, you can set up all these payment types directly from the portal:
  • Recurring ACH Payments
  • One-time and recurring electronic check payments
  • One-time and recurring credit/debit card payments

Even though single sign-on will allow you to make payments through AAB from the BUURT resident portal, CCMC and AAB are not related companies, and the payment portal is maintained by AAB. 

Pay By Mail & Multiple Accounts

When paying by mail or through the online bill payment service, separate checks and envelopes must be used for each account.  Each check should also have the account number noted to ensure accurate application of funds.  
 
Please include the detachable coupon portion of the statement. Any payment that cannot be processed automatically by the payment processing service center will be processed by converting your paper check into an electronic check transaction.  The remittance address for your mailed payments is:  P.O. Box 93327, Las Vegas, NV 89193-3327

Previous Online Payment Options Through AAB

If you decide not to register for an account in the new resident portal and activate single sign-on for paying your assessment, you can still make the following payment types directly through Western Alliance Bank (also known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB):
  • Recurring ACH Payments
  • Recurring Electronic Check Payments
  • One-Time Electronic Check & Credit/Debit Card Payments 
 
Please note that these options require signing in directly to the previous AAB payment system here. If you have trouble with this account, please contact AAB directly at 1-844-739-2331. CCMC and AAB are not related companies, and the payment portal is maintained by AAB. 
          
If you are using the AAB system, the Management Company ID is 6675, the Association ID is 401 for Barney Farms, and the six-digit account number for your property is listed on your assessment statement.
 
 
 

Sign Up for E-Statements

Each billing statement, you are mailed a statement of account. You can also opt-in to receive your statement by email by using the individual link included on your assessment statement to register. If you can't access your most recent statement, please contact our customer service team at 1-480-9210-7500.
