ASSESSMENT INFORMATION

By purchasing a home in Barney Farms, residents become members of the Barney Farms Community Association and are responsible for paying quarterly dues to support community operations and reserve funds. Assessments are due January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each calendar year. Assessment payments received after the 15th of the month are subject to penalties in accordance with the Association Collection policy.

The current annual assessment of $1,980 is collected quarterly in the amount of $495. Assessment rates are subject to change.

Barney Farms residents may now access their Homeowners Association Account online. This online account allows the homeowner to view current statement and account balance information, obtain a payment history (ledger) report, and change their billing address and contact information.

For your convenience, several options are available to pay your quarterly assessments as listed below.

Direct Debit

To establish eligibility for recurring payment processing through Alliance Association Bank, please visit www.ccmcnet.com/portal. Under New Users, select "Setup Account" and follow the prompts as directed. Note the following information will be necessary:

Your Property Account #: This can be found on your statement.

There is no charge for selecting recurring eCheck payments. However, if you establish recurring payments with Alliance Association Bank, if the assessment changes, you will need to update your payment with any changes to your assessment value. CCMC and Alliance Association Bank are not related companies. To comply with privacy laws, we do not share personal information.

Pay By Mail & Multiple Accounts

When paying by mail or through the online bill payment service, separate checks and envelopes must be used for each account. Each check should also have the account number noted to ensure accurate application of funds.

Please include the detachable coupon portion of the statement. Any payment that cannot be processed automatically by the payment processing service center will be processed by converting your paper check into an electronic check transaction. To make a one-time payment through Alliance Association Bank, please visit www.ccmcnet.com/portal. Under "One Time Payment," select the eCheck or Debit/Credit Card icon and follow the prompts as directed. Note the following information will be necessary:

The bank charges a $2.95 fee per transaction for use of one-time eCheck payment, a $5 processing fee per debit card transaction and a 3.5% charge per credit card transaction. Phone payments are not available.

Sign Up for E-Statements

Each billing statement, you are mailed a statement of account. You can also opt-in to receive your statement by email. It saves the association money while conveniently delivering your statement to your inbox! Please note that this is just a way to receive your statement and not a way to pay your assessment.

You can sign up for e-statements today! Once you have submitted your request, you will receive an activation email, and you will need to open it to “activate” your account. The activation email will come from: ccmcnet@estatement.opt-e-mail.com. When putting in your account number please enter the property address only. Do not enter dashes, spaces, or names.
